- Size Tolerance
The size of jerseys and trousers is subject to a standard manufacturing variation of ±1 inch. - Usage & Returns
Any jersey or trouser that has been used, worn, or altered is not eligible for replacement, return, or reprocessing. - Branding Policy
All jerseys and trousers will include the official Strive8 brand logo. Product images displayed on the website may not reflect the logo; however, the final delivered product will include the Strive8 logo.
Logo removal requests may be accommodated at an additional charge of $1 per uniform/jersey. - Order Processing
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. Processing and delivery timelines may be extended during holiday periods. - Delivery Timeline
The estimated delivery period of three (3) weeks begins only after full payment has been successfully received. - Delivery & Logistics
While Strive8 strives to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances may arise during transit. Strive8 will make reasonable efforts to identify and resolve such issues in a timely manner. - Shipping Limitations
Certain delivery locations may present logistical challenges. In such cases, alternative delivery methods may be used.
Delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, inaccessible premises, or refusal to accept shipment may result in delays or failed delivery. - Payment Policy
To ensure smooth order fulfillment and avoid production delays, 100% advance payment is required before production begins. Production will commence only after full payment has been successfully received and confirmed. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. - Color Variation Disclaimer
Slight variations may occur between the colors displayed on digital platforms and the final product due to screen settings and manufacturing processes. - Design Classification
Any inclusion of sleeve logos, promotional elements, or additional customizations will be treated under the “Regular Design” category. - Custom Trouser Policy
Custom trouser lengths are produced based on client-provided specifications and are undertaken at the client’s risk. No reprocessing, alteration, or replacement will be provided for custom-length trousers.
